ABOUT ME

Thanks for checking out my page! My real name is Christina but most people refer to me as “Kitty”. I moved from Chicago to San Francisco end of 2013. In 2011, I graduated Columbia College Chicago with a degree in Film and Video with a concentration in Cinematography. My first internship out of school was with the camera department at Phathom Films, where I shot green screen, HDR, and Steadicam footage. I have also worked for Pixelfish and Lightswitch, companies which offers videos to help promote small businesses.
In Chicago, I worked for the Stoptime341 crew, as a camera operator, AC, and assistant office manager. Since joining the Stoptime341 team I have traveled all over the country filming live events, promo clips, documentaries, and music videos. Starting with two weeks in Miami at WMC, I worked as 2nd camera operator, and steadicam operator. Within a week, I had proved myself and was DP’ing live event shoots. Throughout the year, I shot various festivals including Camp Bisco for a live internet stream, Counterpoint Music Festival in Atlanta, and Riot Fest for live event projections. In the past 2 years I have shot interviews with Nervo, Hardwell, and Ghostland Observatory, and music videos for Armada Music, and Black Hole Recordings. In the corporate marketing world, I shot and did post production on projects for The Art Institute of Chicago, America’s Got Talent, Groupon, and Walgreens. The Hollywood features I worked on were Transformers 4 and Jupiter Ascending.
I have an appreciation for the art of storytelling through film. I am a highly dedicated individual and a fast learner, taking responsibility in all aspects of production with a constant desire to progress and develop as an artist.
